About Us

Seedling Group was established in 2004 and has two large factory areas in Ningbo, with a total construction area of 46,000 square meters. The company has a product research and development center, a mold manufacturing center, and multiple production workshops, including injection molding, foam molding, metal pipes, powder coating, cutting, sewing, and product assembly. It is equipped with a complete set of advanced production and testing equipment, as well as a professional management team.

In 2006, the company obtained ISO9001 quality system certification, and in 2008, it received the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) care certification. The products meet various testing standards such as ROHS, PAHS, REACH, HR4040, EN71-1,2,3, EN-1888, EN716, ASTM-F963, ensuring compliance with safety standards for toy production in the European Union, the United States, Australia, and other countries and regions. The domestic products have also obtained China Compulsory Certification (3C).

The company mainly produces two categories of products. The first category is EVA foam products, including foam wheels and other foam products, used in various light-duty vehicle wheels such as baby strollers, toy cars, pet carts, luggage carts, shopping carts, golf bag carts, and tool carts. The second category includes baby and child products such as baby strollers, cribs, bed rails, tricycles, walkers, children's high chairs, bath stands, children's toilet seats, infant car safety seats, doll strollers, and children's toys. These products are independently researched, designed, produced, and sold by the company. The daily production of baby strollers is 15,000 units, mainly exported to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, Eastern Europe, Japan, and other regions.

In 2016, the company began to develop its own brand, "Seedling (XIHE)". In February 2020, Ningbo Ouhan Medical was established to specialize in the research, production, and sale of medical masks, melt-blown fabrics for masks, and medical gloves, making a significant contribution to global pandemic prevention and control. In December 2021, the group acquired Le Rui Infant and Child Products Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the DOREL Group, renaming it Huangshi XiHe Infant and Child Products Co., Ltd. The Huangshi XiHe Child Car Production Project has undergone a comprehensive upgrade, further expanding the group’s scale. This project achieved an impressive annual sales revenue of 85 million yuan in 2022, contributing significantly to the group’s development. Currently, the group occupies over 210 acres of land, employing more than 1,200 people, with annual sales revenue continuously climbing. It is projected to exceed 100 million yuan in 2023. The group has established industrial layouts in Linshan, Yuyao, Ningbo, Yuyao Simen, and Daye, Huangshi, Hubei, forming three major manufacturing bases, mutually reinforcing each other, creating a complete industrial chain. This synergy enhances the brand’s cohesion, and its products continue to be exported to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries and regions.
